Hello,

This version introduces the Reaper! Plus his minions, the black ghosts of death. These were added to address what some are calling the Cecil-Context, as it was he and he alone who complained about our alleged 'softlock' issue. We may develop this solution a little more yet. 

Also many fixes, not least two nasty high score table bugs in the Next code. 

Lots of little tweeks here and there, too. New things cause instability, so it's likely that stuff being added (not necessarily in the demo) will have had some effect. Let's see :)
