I've downloaded 1.07 this evening (as 1.03 crashed for me a couple of times) I noticed some weirdness with one chest (go up through the top exit from the start of the game) and then to the chest in the bottom right.
I noticed it drops items that can't be collected (first time it was just a key, second time it was a key and a necklace)

And then continuing after dying I found that some ghosts seem immune to the crowbar but not to bullets.

Also a couple of the chests seem very slow to spawn items now as well.
